What helps
- The vessel or programme, roughly, and where it is now: design, build, trials, or operating.
- What is in your way. An approval, a client requirement, a trials campaign, a control centre, a port, or simply nobody to own the operating side.
- Any date you are working to.
I reply to everything within two working days. If it is not something UMC should take on, I will say so and, where I can, point you somewhere better.
Confidentiality
Enquiries are treated as confidential. A confidentiality agreement can be in place before you send anything sensitive - just say so in the first message and it will be dealt with before any detail is exchanged.
Toolkit pack questions
Licensing, what is inside a pack, or whether it covers your vessel: same address, and say which pack. Ask before you buy rather than after - the packs download immediately, so sales are final, and it is better for both of us if you know it fits first.
